Live Life List!

I must confess. I've never been a fan of the phrase "bucket list." It just seems so morbid. I do understand its purpose - to compile things to do and experience in life. However, I decided to take a different approach and call it my "Live Life List."

The term "Live Life List" changes the entire attitude and mood. It sounds happier to me, and as a fan of alliteration, I find it more appealing. Unlike a bucket list that may feel urgent, a Live Life List is a reminder to enjoy everyday experiences and find joy in the simple things. It can also encompass those big "bucket list" items that make life exciting.

What truly speaks to your authentic self?

What would you put on your Live Life List?

Allow yourself to dream and imagine the experiences and adventures that resonate with your soul. Maybe it's exploring new places, embarking on thrilling adventures, or engaging in creative pursuits. It could also involve spending quality time with loved ones, nurturing relationships, and savoring the beauty of the present moment.

Your Live Life List doesn't have to be overwhelming or unattainable. It can include both grand dreams and simple pleasures. The key is to create a list that reflects your unique desires and values.

As you look at your Live Life List, consider taking small steps towards making those dreams a reality.

What is one thing you could do today or this week to help you accomplish something on your Live Life List? It could be researching a travel destination, signing up for a class you've always wanted to take, or making time for a heartfelt conversation with a friend or family member.

Remember, your Live Life List is a celebration of life and all the possibilities it holds. Embrace it with joy and curiosity. Allow it to inspire you to savor every moment and seize opportunities for growth and fulfillment.

Here's to embracing a new day and thriving in deserts, beautiful soul!
